We’ll explore together the current HR needs. We’ll ask you a series of questions to understand exactly what you need. The aim will be to determine the profile of your future team members, including technical and soft skills. Fill this form to let us know what you need — please make sure you use as many details as possible. Whether it’s a single resource or a complete team, we can handle it. Our experts will review your inputs and get in touch to get more details and clarifications, if needed.

Before we start sourcing the candidates, we’ll send you a services agreement, in order to be able to share the proposed talents and their details. This will not bind you in any way, and you don’t have to pay until we find the right talent and onboard them on your team. Here is an example of it.
We'll find you the perfect match
Within 1-3 days from your request, we’ll provide you with an update on the progress. We already have a network of talents ready to start a new journey, therefore the chance to quickly find the right candidate is very high. If there isn’t a match in our database, we’ll source externally and then provide you with a short list with pre-vetted talents similar to - example. From this list, you can choose the ones that you want to go through the next stage and have interviews with..
Onboard talent to your team
As soon as you review and sign-off on our recommended talent(s), they’ll be ready to integrate into your team—just like an in-house employee.

Continued support after onboarding
After the talent starts working with you, we will do regular follow-ups to make sure all goes according to your needs. If you're not 100% satisfied by the quality of their work or working style, we'll review the situation and start looking for a replacement at absolutely no cost.
